Lil Wayne Hospitalized Following Multiple Seizures
Lil Wayne has been struggling with medical issues relating to seizures for several years now, and suffered another attack while in Chicago over the weekend.
TMZ reports that Weezy was in the Windy City when he had at least one seizure in his Westin hotel room. His team quickly rushed him to Northwestern Memorial hospital where he had another episode, causing the rapper to cancel an appearance with Rae Sremmurd in Vegas last night.
Despite his staff’s efforts in discharging him, Wayne is presumed to be resting for the next few days in Chicago as doctors felt it was unsafe for him to fly.
Hopefully he can make a quick recovery, and get back to his loved ones and music career.
Due to unforeseen circumstances Lil Wayne will be canceling his previously scheduled performance tonight at Drai’s Nightclub located at the Cromwell Hotel. In lieu of his absence T.I. will be performing in his place alongside DJ Franzen for another installment of Sundrais.
